Christmas Eve, In Courses

This menu was composed to follow the natural rhythm of Christmas Eve—unhurried and intentional. Passed appetizers open the evening with richness and contrast, followed by winter-forward starters that balance comfort with freshness. Each course is designed to complement the next, allowing the meal to unfold gradually rather than all at once.

The main course centers on hazelnut-crusted rack of lamb, paired with seasonal vegetables and bright, citrus-finished grains. The plates remain grounded and restrained, focusing on texture, balance, and seasonality rather than excess.

Dessert closes the evening on a familiar, comforting note with peach and plum pie served simply with chantilly cream.
